A 9,400 sqft built-up area villa on a 1,000 sqyd plot. Architect from Hyderabad, interiors by a Mumbai studio. The brief: frameless visual continuity from inside to outside, fully home-automation integrated, and acoustically calm despite the busy Banjara Hills road location.
Wind-load exposure: low-to-moderate (Hyderabad inland). Sun exposure: south-west primary facade gets 6 hours of harsh afternoon sun. Acoustic load: 65–72 dB at the road-facing facade.

The DGU units are bonded to an aluminium sub-frame using Dow Corning DC-993 structural silicone, with a 4-side mechanical safety capture on the inside. The visible joint is a 12 mm weather silicone bead between adjacent units. Wind-load qualified at +2.0 kPa.
