How do I list my business and products for free on WoodenMax?

Complete the Partner Application form above — add your company details, business type, product categories, product information and pricing. There is no listing fee. Once our team verifies your details, your business and products are published with dedicated product pages on WoodenMax.

Who is eligible to become a WoodenMax partner?

Manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, importers, fabricators, installation, service & repair providers, designers & architects, brand representatives and specialized product suppliers working in the architectural, building-materials and construction-products industry. Partners can be based anywhere in India or worldwide, with active operations, a verifiable business address and the ability to share product specifications, images and transparent pricing.

I don't have a GST number. Can I still apply?

Yes. If you don't have GST registration, you can apply using your Udyam / MSME (Laghu Udyam) registration number instead. Either a valid GST or Udyam number is accepted, so most small and medium businesses can join.

Is the listing really free? Is there any commission or hidden charge?

Yes, the partner listing is 100% free with no hidden charges, and WoodenMax does not take any commission on your listing. In return, partners must keep their product information and pricing accurate and respond to customer enquiries professionally.

Which product categories can I list?

Aluminium Windows, Aluminium Doors, Glass, Glass Railings, ACP Cladding, HPL Cladding, Louvers, Pergolas, Shower Partitions, Grills, Invisible Grills, Mosquito Mesh / insect screens, Perforated ceiling & facade panels, Customised iron & aluminium works, Hardware, Facade Systems and more. If your product doesn't fit a listed category, choose "Other" and describe it in the product information section.

How will I receive customer enquiries and leads?

Genuine enquiries from buyers viewing your products are shared on your registered mobile / WhatsApp number and email, so you can respond to customers directly. Keeping your contact details accurate ensures you never miss a lead.

What documents do I need to apply?

Keep ready your GST certificate (or Udyam / MSME proof), business registration proof, and brand authorization if you are an authorized dealer or distributor. A company profile and product catalog are optional but help your listing get approved faster.

How long does approval take after I apply?

After you submit the form, our team reviews and verifies your business details and documents. Once verified, your listing and product pages are published. If we need any additional information, we'll contact you on your registered number or email.

Can I update my products, specifications and prices later?

Yes. You can request updates to your products, technical specifications and pricing at any time — and you'll soon be able to manage everything yourself through the upcoming Partner Dashboard. Partners are expected to keep rates updated and avoid misleading pricing.

Do you accept partners from all cities, or only Hyderabad?

The Partner Program is open to businesses across all of India and worldwide. You can list the specific cities you serve, and customers searching in those cities will see your products — all subject to verification by the WoodenMax team.

WoodenMax reserves the right to review, edit, approve, reject, suspend or remove any listing that contains inaccurate information, outdated pricing, misleading claims, poor customer support, repeated complaints or violations of partner guidelines. WoodenMax also reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or remove any partner application based on verification results, customer feedback, service quality, transparency standards and compliance with WoodenMax Partner Guidelines. Listing approval is subject to verification by the WoodenMax team.
